Onam (Oh´nuhm; Heb., “vigorous”)

1 The son of Shobal and grandson of Seir the Horite (Gen 36:23). 2 The son of Jerahmeel, a descendant of Judah (1Chr 2:26; 1Chr 2:28).

23These are the sons of Shobal: Alvan, Manahath, Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.

26Jerahmeel also had another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
