Neriah (Ni-ri´uh; Heb., “light of Yah[weh]” or “Yah[weh] is light”)

The father of Baruch, the scribe and associate of Jeremiah (Jer 32:12; Jer 36:4-32), and also the father of Seraiah, an officer of King Zedekiah (Jer 51:59).
