Ezek 27:12) indicates the existence of Israelite trade in lead with Tarshish. (
Job 19:24) describes engraved tablets whose letters are lead filled for reading clarity and permanence. (
Exod 15:10) employs “lead” figuratively: Pharaoh’s armies sink “as lead” into the waters.
