gerah (Gee┬┤ruh)

Measure of weight constituting one-twentieth of a shekel (Exod 30:13; Lev 27:25; Num 3:47; Num 18:16; Ezek 45:12). Recovered samples to date indicate an average weight of 0.565 grams.
